Raptee Energy is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join the team at Raptee and make an immediate impact. As a Project Management Intern, you will provide support to Team Leads and the Business Development team in various areas, including but not limited to:
- Standardize the Product development process.
- Manage task timelines, remove bottlenecks and make sure the organization is lean.
- Documentation of all product specification sheets.
- PAPP development and standardization.
- Supplier Analysis and Sourcing.
- Pre-production planning activities.
This role will be highly engaging. You will collaborate directly with all team members to establish deadlines and allocate tasks on a weekly basis. Your responsibilities will also include supplier analysis to identify the most strategically suitable supplier for both short-term and long-term objectives. Your efforts will contribute to the creation of an agile and efficient process flow within Raptee Energy, with the potential to positively impact the lives of millions.
Requirements
- Hardworking, motivated, and unafraid to engage in constructive challenges with your colleagues.
- Independent, taking full ownership of your work, and above all, possessing a proactive, 'get-things-done' attitude
- Prior project management experience gained through internships or as a working student, preferably within the tech or automobile industry.
- Knowledge about mechanical, electronic and software product development
