Who are we:
Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.

Role Overview:

Build T30 service ecosystem from scratch – processes, tools, parts for nationwide dealer network. Design scalable systems for 100 bikes/month + service scale. Kaizen mindset to improve the existing processes. Implementation of lean principle to avoid wastages in the processes. This will a mix of technical decisions and lot of process implementations.

What You’ll Do:

1. Service Process Design (30%)

  • Service manuals: Maintenance schedules, torque specs, diagnostic trees.
  • Dealer workflows: Job card, warranty claim, customer handover SOPs.
  • Process mapping: Visual flow from drop-off → pickup.

2. Tool Selection (25%)

  • Tool kits: Level 1-3 technician tools (torque wrenches, multimeters, OBD kits).
  • EV-specific: HV gloves, battery lifters, controller programmers.
  • Dealer standardization: Kit BOMs, vendor evaluation.

3. Spare Parts Management (25%)

  • Parts classification: Fast/slow movers, critical spares list.
  • Dealer stocking policy: Min/max levels per dealer tier.
  • Procurement specs: Alternate suppliers, lead time mapping.

4. Implementation Support (20%)

  • Dealer rollout: Training modules, process rollout plan.
  • Pilot testing: 2-dealer trial, feedback incorporation.
  • Documentation: Playbooks, videos, checklists.
